Have the U.N. inspections in Iraq been penetrated? President Bush said Iraqis

nuclear scientist who isn't surprised by the reports. In fact, he says he
knows who's doing the leaking.

STATE OF THE UNION REVIEW
SEN. TOM DASCHLE DISCUSSES BUSH'S SPEECH
During his State of the Union speech Tuesday night, President Bush said
getting the economy moving is his top domestic priority. He also laid out his
case against Iraq. Senate Democratic leader Tom Daschle joined Paula Zahn
Wednesday morning with his reaction to the president's address. 'There's no
doubt that [Iraqi President Saddam Hussein] poses a threat and that we have to
take him seriously. The question is what do we do about it and how imminent
that threat is for the United States. I think it's critical that the president
lay out whatever evidence to suggest that he poses a more imminent threat now
than he did five years ago. I think it is important, as well, that we work
through the international community to the maximum degree possible.
This segment was excerpted from "American Morning with Paula Zahn," which
features daily interviews with top newsmakers and celebrities.
DR. GUPTA:
YOU'RE GETTING SLEEPY
Too little sleep may raise the risk of developing heart disease, according to
a study of nearly 72,000 nurses. Women who averaged five hours or less of
sleep a night were 39 percent more likely to develop heart disease than women
who got eight hours. Those sleeping six hours a night had an 18 percent higher
risk of developing blocked arteries than the eight-hour sleepers. Dr. Sanjay
Gupta tried to explain the link. "They say people who aren't getting enough
sleep probably are having irregularities in their blood pressure and
irregularities in their blood sugar tolerance," Gupta reported. "The overall
impact of that can have some impact on your heart."
Dr. Sanjay Gupta is a medical correspondent for CNN and appears on CNN's

Study Says Broken Homes Harm Kids More
By EMMA ROSS, AP Medical Writer
LONDON - Children growing up in single-parent families are twice as likely
as their counterparts to develop serious psychiatric illnesses and addictions
later in life, according to an important new study.
Researchers have for years debated whether children from broken homes
bounce back or whether they are more likely than kids whose parents stay
together to develop serious emotional problems.
Experts say the latest study, published this week in The Lancet medical
journal, is important mainly because of its unprecedented scale and follow-up
- it tracked about 1 million children for a decade, into their mid-20s.
The question of why and how those children end up with such problems remains
unanswered. .... ..... .... .. .
